1. Usage Rules

GrabScreen provides an online screen recording service. By using this service, you agree that:

• You will not use the service for any unlawful purpose or to record sensitive content without permission.
• You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the screen recorder complies with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction regarding privacy and recording consent.
• You will not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or attack the website's infrastructure.

2. Content Ownership

We believe your content belongs to you.

• Your Recordings: You retain full ownership of all videos, audio, and images you create using GrabScreen. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your recordings.
• Our Intellectual Property: The GrabScreen website, code, logo, and design are owned by us and are protected by copyright laws. You may not copy or reproduce our branding without written permission.

3. Free vs. Pro Accounts

Free Tier: We offer a free version of the service with limitations (e.g., file retention limits). We reserve the right to modify the features of the free tier at any time.

Pro Subscription: Paid subscriptions grant access to advanced features (e.g., AI Dubbing, Permanent Storage). Subscriptions are billed monthly and can be canceled at any time via your account dashboard.

4. Limitation of Liability

Please read this section carefully.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GrabScreen and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption, arising out of or in connection with your use of the service.

The service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

5. Data Retention

For free users, recordings are automatically deleted from our servers after 24 hours to save storage space. It is your responsibility to download your files before this period expires. We are not liable for any data loss resulting from this policy.

6. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
